Our Story and Mission
Founded by Dr. Spencer Anderson, a Montana native with deep roots in the region, Baxter Creek Veterinary Clinic was built on a straightforward idea: pets and their families deserve a practice that knows them, listens to them, and offers real options. From the start, we’ve focused on providing a true spectrum of care — preventive medicine, dentistry, advanced surgery, urgent care, and everything in between — so families can choose the path that fits their pet’s needs and their own circumstances.
Our five veterinarians and long-tenured support staff combine modern veterinary medicine with small-town attentiveness. The result is a clinic where dogs and cats feel comfortable, clients feel respected, and care decisions are made together.
