This is such a great vet practice – it is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. I am so impressed with Dr. Bienapfl – she takes the time to explain everything to you. She doesn’t just recommend a test or procedure to check a box but personalizes her approach to my dog. She talks through what the options are and lets me decide – I feel like my dog gets the care he needs not just added services to increase the final bill.
